Family reunion #1

I have a busy summer, 3 trips to lake Powell, 2 family reunions, 1 relay race, and lots of other social events in between.
So I have/will have a lot to write about.
My whole family came in to town in June, it was fun getting to see them all, there was my baby brothers baby's blessing, cousin camp, a big pot luck dinner that ended in a water fight for the grand kids (I stayed dry). The biggest highlight of this reunion for me was the temple night. My parents and all my siblings (and almost all the in laws) where there at the temple with me to do temple sealings. It was such a joy to see my family in the temple. Then we migrated back to one of our houses and my dad led a discussion on parenting, quoting conference talks and reminding us that we do not have to be perfect, just keep trying, and do our best to follow the ideas and principles set out by our church and hope for the best. My parents live in Germany so it is extra nice when they come to have the head of the family there supporting us all. I love my family and know that I am very blessed to have them. I could not ask for a better family yeah for reunion#1 bring on #2.
