Where did summer go?

I had a great summer, it seemed to go by too fast though.
September was a fun month, where we took our 3rd and final trip to Powell, and our 3 older kids all tried wakeboarding, making me a very proud momma:).
Aside from our last trip, it was mostly a month of getting back into school, Dad and 2 older children started school again and that has given me more time with the younger 2 (no more half day pickups from kindergarten:)  we are having fun learning things like words for nesser and the starts of reading for Duku.  As well as buttoning shirts, and keeping bed dry all night :)!!!! nesser is about to start potty training we will see how that goes.
With the summer gone and the holidays creeping up I have been tempted to feel like this year has gone too fast, and that I do not want to put all the effort into holidays this year, but as I catch myself with these thoughts I am reminded that it is my own attitude that will make the holidays good or bad, so I am choosing good. I am now looking forward to the next few months and all the joy that comes from the holidays. 
Did I mention my brother just younger them me just became a daddy, double time, Tanner is the proud daddy of 2 little angle girls and I am loving that he just lives down stairs so I can see and help out when ever :).
